Help!!Can Granite (http://tanbrown.org) be darkened with a cleaner or product?

We just recently purchased crema bordeaux light Granite (http://tanbrown.org) to match our bordeaux cherry cabinets...It is a swirly type of pattern so a btch to try to match the seam.........I have an L-shaped kitchen..so needed 2 separate pieces on the long side. I will post a pic.. Crema bordeaux is light on one side and (http://maplered.com) gradually gets darker as you look across the length of the slab.
I love the work the people did but my only concern is when we templated the side we had to seam is lighter than the longer piece of the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top (which gradually gets darker)...Can I darken it up with something?(the lighter side where it was seamed). I have red tones/beige tones/black specs/etc..through it........we matched the grain almost perfectly with the second piece of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) . My only concern is there is one lighter side of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) ...... where it is seamed.
Are there any types of cleaners/ or liquids that help make Granite (http://tanbrown.org) darker? sounds crazy but just wanted some input!thanks! I already had one Granite (http://tanbrown.org) nightmare where the idiots installed the WRONG slab and (http://maplered.com) they wouldn't do anything about it!!and (http://maplered.com) there were rust stains going down it.(it was new venetian gold)..We then found a more reputable dealer and (http://maplered.com) am much happier!
